• Large / Oversized Items: 8–15 business days
• White Glove Delivery: 10–18 business days (in-room placement & assembly included, available for select items)

The "Ships In" timeframe shown at checkout indicates when your order is scheduled to leave our warehouse. In most cases, all items in your order will ship together to ensure streamlined delivery. After dispatch, delivery typically occurs within 6-13 business days, depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may require additional time.

Delivery timelines may be impacted by external factors such as natural disasters, severe weather, or political disruptions. If unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you promptly and work with you to resolve any issues. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking details so you can monitor your shipment in real-time. Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
